If you need to return, all you need to do is click here to visit our returns portal. Make sure you have your order number and original shipping zip code. You can find your order number in your confirmation email or at the top right of your packing slip.
All returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date and items must be in their original, unwashed and unworn condition with tags attached.
Please note that all international sales are final unless the item is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
A return authorization is required on all returns. Simply click the link provided above and follow the steps to obtain a return authorization and a prepaid return label. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of $7 per order which will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds and credits will be applied to the original method of payment upon receipt of all items and confirmation of their condition. The typical turnaround time for processing refunds and credits is 5-7 days once we receive the item(s). Initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless an item is damaged or defective. If we are unable to exchange or repair the item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue a gift card or credit.
